    Please note an error in the SQL 2012 documentation for Lock Pages in Memory hich indicates that it's deprecated. It's not. Locking pages in memory is a useful feature and there are no plans to deprecate it. It looks like it was accidently included on this page when we made changes to deprecate AWE.
